Having ordered this hood, I had the disappointment of not being able to mount filters DKF42 recommended according to the manual, and the Whirlpool Web site on this hood. Whirlpool has changed the hanging system (for filters AMC912) but forgets to inform its customers that need to call customer SERVICE and convince more people before finally having the information by e-mail several days later without an apology!!!
